Then choose the remote option of the catalogue.
To find info on science fairs follow this pathway:

-
Click on Science Experiments.
-
Click on Science Fair Projects.
-
Click on the icon with a spider sitting on a web (it has the words see web pages).
-
Now you can click on any of the links to websites about science fair projects.
For more information, try the links from the Yahoo Kids Science & Nature site. We like this site because it links to student-friendly websites.
You can also try a Google search using the keywords "science fairs" or "science fair projects". You will find a lot of science fair websites with lots of different ideas! But remember that anyone can set up a website, so it would be good to talk to your science teacher about ideas you find before getting started.
HOT TIP: If you have chosen a subject area for your project, you might be able to find a website that has science fair ideas for that area. For example, NIWA has ideas for science fair projects about the weather. NIWA is a crown-owned research company, so the information there is very reliable.
